The building uses renewable energy, specifically solar and aerothermal energy, so that you can enjoy an optimal temperature at any time of the year. To do this, you can use the heating or air conditioning when you need it and adjust to your personal preference. In addition, it has a constant air renewal system, which keeps the air fresh all day without even opening the window. This penthouse bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private terrace is the dream of any couple working remotely. A very bright space with two windows with electric shutters and access to your own private terrace (6m2) and the big shared rooftop terrace. To work you can use the desk with a comfortable office chair. And to rest, you can do it in the 150x200cm bed with storage space. You will also find a 32” TV to watch your favorite series or movies, a 100x60 cm wardrobe, a 75x35 cm shelf, a shoe rack, a laundry basket and a large coat rack.
